Refund Policy

At ACE Mobile Massage, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing exceptional mobile massage therapy services in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how to request one.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your massage session, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • A complimentary follow-up session to address your concerns.
  • A partial refund based on the nature of the issue.
  • A full refund in cases where service quality did not meet our professional standards.

2. Cancellation Refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 2 hours before your session: Full refund if any prepayment was collected. No cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancellation within 2 hours of your session: A $50 late cancellation fee applies. Any remaining prepayment will be refunded.
  • No-show: If you are not present at the designated location at the scheduled time without prior notification, no refund will be issued and the full session price will be charged.

3. Service Interruptions

If your session is cut short due to circumstances within our control (therapist emergency, equipment issues, etc.), you will receive one of the following:

  • A prorated refund for the unused portion of your session.
  • A complimentary rescheduled session at a time convenient for you.

If you choose to end the session early for personal reasons, we are unable to offer a refund for the remaining time.

4. Therapist Change Requests

If you are not comfortable with your assigned therapist for any reason, please let us know immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate a therapist change. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement in a timely manner, you may cancel with a full refund.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same session or have been charged an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund within 3-5 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible:

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The date and time of your appointment.
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card payments: Refunds will be credited to your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle): Refunds will be returned to your account within 3-5 business days.
  • Cash payments: Cash refunds can be arranged via digital payment or in-person during your next session.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • No-show appointments without prior notice.
  • Client-initiated early termination of a session for reasons unrelated to service quality.
  • Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after the session.
  • Session termination due to inappropriate client conduct.

9. Gift Certificates and Promotions

Gift certificates and promotional offers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed sessions.

10. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
